our feathers and logo

Mā te huruhuru te manu ka rere - It is the feathers that enable the bird to fly

The Māori Language Commission gave us our whakataukī and also our Māori name. They wrote to say they felt it was an appropriate whakataukī based on our service

The feathers were chosen to fit with our whakataukī and the positioning of the feathers reflects our association with the DIA Link Centres at the time. Our logo is about networking and linking and using support to pick up and use opportunities.
